Searching within the Obvious Places

Breezy potholes make way for new territory.

The sun blazes atop the ground, where the gaping crevasse stood still.

Its murky insides are growing older by the second with no warning.

Poof!

Suddenly, the huge gap in the earth fills with mud.

You see, the mud was actually behind you the entire time.

Looking forwards and sideways, you couldn’t see how in the world the hole could be filled.

There would never be a way to surpass the hole.

But in looking behind you — a place rarely seen — a treasure trove existed.

Look in places where you’re least likely to find your answers. I promise, they are there, lurking beneath the shadows.
